OWNER’S COMMENTS:

The owner has owned ‘Pocahontas’ for 35 years. She has been well maintained and serviced annually. The

hull has been stripped back to remove antifouling build-up, as a precautionary measure. She has been

wintered ashore every year for annual maintenance to be carried out.

The owner has cruised the River Medway and East Coast and has been to Holland in her and has always been

delighted with her performance and seaworthiness in a variety of weather and river/sea conditions.

The boat recently had a full Marine Survey and the report is attached.

Pocahontas is in excellent condition throughout and has been a much loved boat. She is ready to sail away

with a new owner.
